1.What is the scale of your organization?

We are a  workshop with three designers and four craftsmen, so we can pay more attention to each product. Craftsmanship from a small workshop.

2.How long will it take to ship?

Since we produce in China and ship directly to your location, it may take some time (depending on the country). We will use air freight for delivery. We promise to ship within 3 days after you place the order. For example, in the case of the United States, it usually takes about 13 to 18 days from the time you place the order to the time you receive the goods.

3.Is your payment method safe?

Yes! Please rest assured that Thxsilk will warrant that your information including the sensitive information submitted by you is protected both online and off-line. While you are making the payment, the page is secure, encrypted and protected with encryption software, SSL.
